You must notify zt999 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. zt999 may suspend an Account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.
zt999 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of: fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, age misrepresentation, breach of these Terms, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform.
zt999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each payment method are displayed in the zt999 cashier at the time of transaction.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the zt999 Account. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from accounts belonging to family members — are strictly prohibited and may be reversed.
zt999 does not accept deposits made for any purpose other than funding gameplay on the platform. The platform must not be used as a payment processing intermediary or for money laundering purposes.

Any Balance resulting from exploited technical errors, reversed deposits, or bonus abuse may be voided at zt999's discretion prior to withdrawal processing.

All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible game contributions, and expiry periods. In the event of conflict between specific Bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific Bonus terms prevail.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, zt999 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the platform, including blocking login attempts and withholding marketing communications. Circumventing a self-exclusion by creating a new Account is a breach of these Terms.
Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling are strongly encouraged to use zt999's self-exclusion tool and to seek assistance from independent gambling support organisations. zt999 is not liable for losses incurred by a Player who has failed to use available responsible gaming tools.
zt999 will cooperate with any court or regulatory order requiring the closure or restriction of a Player's Account in connection with problem gambling.
All content on the zt999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and databases — is the intellectual property of zt999 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any zt999 content without express prior written consent.
zt999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zt999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: your use of or inability to use the platform; any interruption, delay, or failure of the platform; any unauthorised access to your Account arising from your own negligence; or gambling losses incurred on the platform.
zt999's total liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of the Player's Account Balance at the time the claim arises.
